



Shogo Kuniba was born 1935 and is the son of Kosei Kokuba, the founder of Seishinkai. Shogo Kuniba's family descended from the Okinawan Sho Shi Royal family line.
During the 80s Sanshin karate club was a part of Shogo Kunibas Seishinkai. Tamas Weber was during this period responsible for Seishinkai in Europe and The Middle East.
1985 Tamas invited Shogo Kuniba for his first visit to Europe. Shogo Kuniba held several training camps during this visit in Sweden and in other parts of Europe. 1986 Tamas Weber and Shogo Kuniba was featured in 7 pages in Karate Magazine.
After Shogo Kunibas early death in 1992 Tamas Weber did choose to continue the development of his karate outside the Seishinkai.





After the death of Kunio Tatsuno, the history of Seishinkai Karate Union where put to an end.
Masuaki Minamide, one of the old students of Shogo Kuniba and former Technical Director (Gijitsu-Bucho) of Seishinkai, did 2004 found JAPAN KARATE-DO RENSEI-KAI.
Soke Minamide was a successor of traditional skill called HINERI which his Sensei, Shogo Kuniba, had given to him and learned him when he was training with Soke Kuniba and Soke Tatsuno.

As an old friend of Soke Minamide, Tamas Weber and one of his senior student did visit Renseikai Japan in november 2008 and had the opportunity to once again sence the spirit and feeling of the old Seishinkai.
